ABOUT FARIDA
Farida was born in Cairo, Egypt, educated in the United States and began her yoga journey at the age of 16 through the teachings of Ram Dass. She received her yoga teacher certification with Bikram Choudhury in Los Angeles. Her knowledge deepened with additional trainings in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, kids yoga, anatomy and philosophy, completing over 2000 hours of yoga education. Farida has been training yoga instructors since 2016.
